I moved. How do I change my address?

Call 1-888-876-6262 to change your address. Customer Service Associates are available Monday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. EST.

I didn't receive an account statement. How can I order a copy?

You can sign in to Online Banking to view and download account statements for the last 12 months free-of-charge. You can also call 1-888-876-6262 to request a copy of your account statement, however there may be a fee for your request.

I will be moving temporarily. Can I update my address for a few months?

Yes. Simply call 1-888-876-6262 to change your address. Upon returning to your permanent residence, call us again to change your address.

How do I add authorized users to my account?

Visit Online Banking to add authorized users online. You can have up to nine authorized users on your MBNA credit card account, all for no extra charge some conditions may apply. You can also call 1-888-876-6262, Monday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. EST, to add authorized users to your account.

My card or other credit device was lost or stolen; what should I do?

If your card or other credit device is lost, stolen, or misplaced, contact us immediately:

How do I activate my credit card?

Current Online Banking customers can sign in to Online Banking and go to My Ac­counts or Account Services to activate credit cards. If you aren’t an Online Banking customer, you’ll need to enroll in Online Banking. Enroll in Online Banking now

How do I notify MBNA of a Power of Attorney?

You, or the person you have appointed as your attorney for finances or property, under a valid power of attorney, should send a copy of the power of attorney document(s) to us by fax at: 1-877-839-6262 or by mail at: MBNA, PO Box 9614, Ottawa, ON K1G 6E6.

In addition to the power of attorney document(s), your attorney should print, sign and date the Power of Attorney Privacy Agreement and return it to us by mail at the above noted address. For more information on powers of attorney, please review the General Information on Powers Of Attorney article.
